Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of Double You, operated by Beltech Corp Holdings. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

2. Identity Protection — Non-Negotiable Rules

Double You is built on the principle that every person has the right to control their own digital likeness. The following are absolute prohibitions:

• No Non-Consensual Deepfakes. You may not create AI-generated content depicting any real person without their documented, explicit, written consent.
• No Impersonation. You may not create content designed to impersonate another person for deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• No CSAM or Sexualized Minors. Any generation of sexual or exploitative content involving minors is an absolute prohibition and will be reported to law enforcement.
• One Clone Rule. Each account is permitted one verified clone — your own face, confirmed by selfie verification at onboarding. You may not attempt to circumvent this limit.
• Fictional Characters Must Be AI-Generated. Characters other than your verified clone must be AI-generated faces, not photographs of real people.

3. Content Standards

All content generated through the Service must comply with the following standards:

• Content must not be defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any individual or group.
• Content must not violate any applicable law, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or consumer protection laws.
• Content must not be designed to deceive consumers, make false product claims, or constitute fraudulent advertising under FTC guidelines.
• Content must not promote illegal activities, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Sexually explicit content is prohibited unless the user holds a verified Adult Content license (not available in all jurisdictions).

4. Platform Publishing Standards

When publishing generated content to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook), you are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable advertising standards. Disclosing AI-generated content where required by platform policy or applicable law (including the EU AI Act and FTC disclosure requirements) is your responsibility as the publisher.

5. TCPA Compliance

If you use Double You to generate or distribute communications via voice, SMS, or other electronic means, you are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, and all other applicable communications regulations. Beltech Corp Holdings does not provide legal advice on communications compliance.

6. API and Agent Access

If you access Double You via API key or through an AI agent integration:

• All actions taken via API are governed by this AUP and are attributed to your account.
• You may not use the API to circumvent rate limits, verification requirements, or safety checks.
• You may not resell or sublicense API access without a written agreement with Beltech Corp Holdings.
• Automated bulk generation must comply with all content standards above.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you generate using the Service, subject to your compliance with this AUP and the Terms of Service. You grant Beltech Corp Holdings a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to any reference photos, voice recordings, or other materials you upload.

8. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP or misuse of your likeness, use the Report Abuse link available on any public character profile, or contact us at abuse@doubleyou.ai. We investigate all reports and respond within 24 hours for critical violations.

9. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate content removal
• Account warning (first offense)
• Character suspension (second offense)
• Account termination and credit forfeiture (third offense or severe first offense)
• Referral to law enforcement for illegal activity

10. Updates

This AUP may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
